Bad headaches everyday. What kind is it?

For the past week and a half I have had really bad headaches. It first started every time I would bend over. It felt like my head was going to explode. Then i would lay down and feel a popping noise in my nose (like i shoved pop rocks up there), then the headache would come. My nose isn't stuffy at all, no sore throat, ears feel fine, and Im sleeping fine. Now they last all day with a couple breaks in between. Yesterday at work it was so bad i could concentrate. Now just trying to figure out what kind of headache it is and at home remedies to help it. Also if i take a pain pill it only helps for about an hour.
