No. In an ideal world, every child would live in a two parent home, filled with love, and economic security. This is not an ideal world. The palin girl gave birth out of wedlock and that family has been touted as "true Christians." Governor Sanford who literally gave up his beautiful family as did John Edwards are the tip of the iceberg when it comes to "moral decay," if that is the term you are using. We have seen that the institution of marriage is not valued as it was years ago with one in three marriages ending in divorce. I'd rather see the world as it is than view it with rose colored glasses. I don't think that America is in complete moral decay. There are decent people who have babies out of wedlock.
