My husband is having a child out of wedlock what are my rights other than divorce?

me and my husband have been separated for a little more than 6 months, however we have had sex and slept under the same roof which would technically violate the separation agreement. and according to virginia law in order for me to get the divorce i have to have a witness who will say we haven't done ether in the 6 month time frame how ever none of my friends are available for my court date. so if the divorce is denied what are my rights as a wife who's husband is having a baby by another woman outside of the marriage?
