Horrible Ear Pains?!?

I have had horrible ear pains around my whole ear for about a week now. The pain is all the outside and inside of my ear. The symptoms I have had are.. Lack of sleep, runny nose, stuffy nose, chronic ear pain, headaches, blockage feeling in my ear like my ears need to pop. It hurts to even touch my ear anywhere.. Someone please help!
