My right side hurts? ?

I'm feeling a little under the weather and it wasn't hurting until I coughed legit two mi utes ago, and it doesn't hurt anymore. My back and neck hurt, I have a stabbing pain in my lower back, sore throat, stuffy nose and although I'm unsure, I think I have a fever, it feels like it. Whats going on? Btw- i'm 14
