Do people believe the Middle East countries are full of Koran thumping Muslims?

Judging by the way Muslims formed gangs to kill foreigners when that Florida pastor burned a Koran or the way Muslims rioted (killing other Muslims) because someone told them there was a cartoon they wouldn't like. I'd say there are sure a bunch of Muslims that are Koran thumpers.
