Guinea pig has stuffy nose?

My room is generally the same temperature he always has clean bedding . Hes only 2 months old so he gets alfalfa and pellets. Alway has fresh water. The only symptom he has is a stuffy nose. Its not running or anything his eyes aremt gunky amd he eats and drinks just fine. I have absolutly no money for the vet... Help me..
