Hypothetical situation: what would you do?

If you know she was coerced and the choice to give you or anyone her child was not made willingly then morally there is no question to answer. You can give her the baby back. The child is hers to keep if she wishes to. I dont get the legally it may not be easy. If the signature was made in a drug induced haze after a C section then no way is it legal.
