I am 20 weeks pregnant with twins me and boyfriend are wondering when to tell friends and family?

We haven't told them yet as my sister is pregnant and we didn't want to steal her spotlight if you get what we mean. We are wondering how and when. No stupid remarks about me being pregnant out of wedlock please. Thanks in advance any advice please give.
