I have Bronchitis , and i'm Dizzy help Im 14 years old.?

A month ago i had a stuffy nose and i had a wet cough, I thought it was a regular cold and it stopped for a while. 4 days ago i had these episodes of feeling like "passing out" but never lost conscious and then after the episode i was back to my normal self, but then the episodes came back again ever day till that day usually happens in the evening and after 3 episodes i had one more and i permanently stayed that feeling. I rushed to the Hospital they ran blood tests and an ECG and a Diabetes check and everything came back fine , but my mom said no something is wrong and sent me to our doctor and she did a blood test on me and an Xray + and ECG and it showed i have Bronchitis so she gave me Apo-Clarithromycin an antibiotic 500mg each pill, and im suppose to take 2 daily so i have to at least have 1000mg at the end of the day. The only problem is that i lost my appetite for food , and your suppose to take the pill with food or it will give you nausea and upset stomach etc. so i had a little bit of nausea because i had to force food down my throat with the pills , so my mom cut my pills in half to 250mg and gave me 4 doses between intervals and its been fine, now the only problem im having is that i was conjested and my immune system is week + i have bronchitis , and im dizzy whenever i get up i feel heavy and i just dont feel alert , and my dizzyness isnt room spinning or things moving i just feel like i wanna tip over and the feeling isnt great, is it because of all of this for the reason why im dizzy? and will this Dizzyness go away? what do you think it is?
