If some one is a teen mom, do they have deep character flaws such as stupidity and recklessness?

Women like to claim that they just were young dumb and made mistakes, but even young kids know about birth control and plan B, C, D, E, F, G etc. So are teen moms just reckless and stupid? It would seem so since most of the have 2nd and 3rd out of wedlock kids.
