Stuffy nose cant sleep at all please help?

Ive had a stuffy nose for a while and its only when I sleep. It feels like snot (sorry for the details) is always dripling but none really is. And when I blow in the tissue it burns my nose! Can someone help please. Im dying to get some sleep :/
