What does it mean when you wake up crying?

I had a dream that I kissed my boyfriend at school and we got caught by a teacher. The teacher started talking to me about who knows what, I honestly forgot.. And I woke up with a stuffy nose and tears streaming down my cheeks. I'm gonna be honest, I was like, "Wtf." Haha.
